Living St. Louis takes a look back on the life and lessons of Margaret Bush Wilson, a lawyer and civil rights activist. Wilson passed away at the age of 90 this past summer but left behind a lasting impression, especially within the Civil Rights Movement. She graduated top of her class from Lincoln University School of Law and used her training to help fight segregation and discrimination in St. Louis, later becoming the first women to chair the National Board of the NAACP. She fought up until her death for understanding and tolerance among all races.
