5. ⁠Nutrition and hormonal balance is key to good hair 🥗
6. ⁠Scrunching only makes the cuticles more open and so, more brittle. It may make your girls look good but, just for a short while. 🕰️
7. ⁠Shampoo-ing and washing your hair will not lead to excess hair fall 🧴
