The elements used include: Dark Chocolate Mousse Dome, Shiny Chocolate Mirror Glaze, Crispy Dark Chocolate Base, piped Ganache Swirl and Gold Chocolate Monogram. When they are all put together, the result is WOW! Perfect for your next dessert buffet.
