My Pay Increase Promoting from SDR to AE in Software Sales Job
The only thing more important than the sun rising in the morning is the pipeline generated by SDRs. Because so many of you enjoyed Software Sales Salaries I wanted to talk about my own experience working in software sales and how much my income has increased promoting from SDR to AE. When I first got hired in software sales my OTE was $50k, I quickly promoted. My first full year working my OTE was $60k, I made $80k in 2019. My second full year working my OTE was $80k and I made $113k. Expect to earn between $40k-$60k when you first get hired in software sales. Make sure your company has accelerators. #Sales
