Ingredients to Blend:
1) Chopped Tomatoes- 1 cup
2) red/green Chillis- 2-3
3) Coriander stem
4) cashew or Almonds- 7-8
Ingredients for Gravy:
1) Mustard Oil- 1-2 tsp
2) Cumin Seeds- 1/2 tsp
3) Bay leaves- 1-2
4) few curry leaves
5) Tomato mixture
6) Turmeric Powder- 1/2 tsp
7) Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder- 1 tsp
8) Cumin Powder- 1/2 tsp
9) Coriander Powder- 1/2 tsp
10) Garam Masala- 1/4 tsp
11)Chopped Coriander leaves
