The National Association of County & City Health Officials supports more than 3,300 local health departments, which includes more than 13,000 public health professionals, who together provide services to almost three-quarters of the U.S. population. All of our efforts focus on promoting health and equity, combating disease, and improving the quality and length of all lives. NACCHO builds knowledge, provides exceptional learning resources and experiences, fosters community, and engages in advocacy.
