This is yet another Delicious mutton Curry (Khasi ko Masu) | Dashain special Recipe. With a rich aromatic flavor, the meat just melts in your mouth for sure. This dish comes out so delicious and surprisingly the taste is heavenly good. Mutton Curry (Khasi ko masu) is the simple but extremely tasty dish which is enjoyed throughout Nepal especially on the Occasion of Great Festival of Dashain.
Ingredients for KHASI ko MASU | PAKKU | GOAT MEAT RECIPE:
1 Kg Mutton (Goat Meat)
50 ml veg oil
1/2 tsp coriander seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
2 big Onions chopped
5 red chili
2-2 tsp Ginger Garlic
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp red chili powder
2 tsp - Garam Masala powder
4 Tomatoes
Fresh coriander
Some whole Spices (Garam Masala such as, Cloves, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Pepper, Star Anis, Bay leafs)
Salt as per your taste
2 tbsp Red Chili powder
