INGREDIENTS :-

For the Gobi (Cauliflower):
- 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour (maida)
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
- Water (as needed)
- Oil for frying

For the Manchurian Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped ginger
- 2-3 green chilies, finely chopped (adjust according to spice preference)
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 medium capsicum (bell pepper), finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon chili sauce (adjust according to spice preference)
- 4 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (for thickening)
- Spring onions, chopped, for garnishing (optional)
