Welcome to this ASMR full body guided relaxation. This video will be soft spoken with some whispering. Enjoy the calming hypnotic visual triggers for sleep from my sleepy feather and slow hand movements that I purposely implement to help slow down your brainwaves, helping your mind transition from being active & awake to a calm relaxed sleepy state that will ultimately help you drift off to sleep more easily. We will begin by lighting a meditation candle using my wooden matches. I will then guide you through a very calming body scan followed by an ASMR guided meditation that is called Progressive Muscle Relaxation and it will help you focus on releasing tension from your whole body from head to toe, leaving you feeling heavy and relaxed and eventually light as a feather fluttering through the air gently, softly, peacefully. My sleepy feather count down from 1-10 will help you drift all the way down down down until you land ever so softly in the land of sleep.
