I phoned the Creditor ‘“I say Debtor in the Video which is obviously wrong :-)” to explain that this Debt has been paid. I was willing to negotiate to a much smaller dollar amount to get this taken off of my credit report but there was no need, the amount was already zeroed. Watch the phone conversation on the video. This was not a hard process and it is something that anyone can do to get a better credit score if they have old debt or collections on their credit report. Never bury your head in the sand. Once you know you have something on your credit report that will affect your FICO score hit it head on and call the Creditors to work out some sort of deal to remove the bad history. Creditors are willing to take much less than what you owe if you talk to them with respect and honesty.
