Quite a bit ago fished the Crooked River in back to back weekends. Have fished once since than with NO luck. Fishing really slows down in the winter. Thats why were only at one FV a month, and more EOs. Either way have to get back out to the Crooked because its a good winter fishery. Smith Rock state park doesnt have many good spots, or it appears any fish. But its awesome that the upper river has good dry fly fishing all year long. Winter dry fly fishing is very fun. Crooked river is the river to do it.
