Motion Control XYZ Stages with Four Motor Options Feature Positional Accuracy to 10 Microns!
OES (Optimal Engineering Systems) has introduced the AQ110 series of high precision, low cost XY-axes motion control stages that can be easily integrated into new and existing applications.
They are offered in 4 stroke lengths of 15 mm , 30 mm, 50 mm, 75 mm. These multi axis stages are available in any combination of stroke lengths and motors. Depending on the levels of precision and speed of travel requirements, four motor options are available.
The -01 option is Stepper Motor driven (pictured) with knobs at the back of the stepper motors for manual adjustments. Option -02 is driven by Three Phase-Servo Motors, and option -03 is DC Servo Motor Driven. The servo driven stages (options -02 and -03) have Quadrature Optical Encoders and offer the highest precision and travel speeds. The -04 option is Stepper Motor Driven with Quadrature Optical Encoders for position verification. These highly adaptable XY-axis motion control stages feature high precision cross roller bearings and the tables have a precise pattern of threaded mounting holes.
These motion control dual axis stages are compatible with OES' line of multi axis controllers and are available as complete Plug-and-Play motion control systems including: Joystick, Trackball, and Keypad.
