Here are 5 exercises that you can do to improve balance and stability.
Aims of exercises:
▪To train movement of the eyes and eye functions, independent of the head
▪To practice balancing in everyday situations with special attention to developing the use of the eyes and the muscle sense awareness
▪To practice head movements
▪To foster correct standing posture
Do these two to three times daily!
1. Walking with one foot in front of the other
2. Body rotation
3. Walking combined with head-turning
4. Gaze Stabilization
5. Smooth pursuit
