📢 Recipe (Ingredients)
1. Mooncake skin：
This recipe can make 20 pieces of mooncake
* 1.5cup | 180g All-purpose/plain flour
0.4cup | 120g Honey (Or Invert syrup)
6tsp | 30g Oil
2tsp | 10g Alkaline water（Optional）【or Do It Yourself：Alkaline water=1tsp（5g）Baking soda,Preheat the oven to 300℉, bake for 5 minutes, take out and place in a bowl，add 3tsp（15g）Water , mix thoroughly】

2. Fillings：
0.8cup | 96g Glutinous rice flour (Roasted)
6tbsp | 90g Honey (Or Invert syrup)
6tsp | 30g Oil
0.5tsp | 2.5g Salt
12oz | 340g Nuts【Hazelnut，Pine nut，Pistachio，
Cashew，Almond，Walnut，Chestnut，
Peanut， Macadamia nut……
Any nuts you like】
3oz | 85g Cranberries
3. Other ingredients

Mould size :50g mooncake mold
1. Preheat the Oven 400°F（200°C）, bake for 5 minutes
2. Turn the oven temperature to 325°F（163°C）, bake for 5 minutes
