📢 Recipe (Ingredients)
1. Mooncake skin:
This recipe can make 20 pieces of mooncake
* 1.5cup | 180g All-purpose/plain flour
0.4cup | 120g Honey (Or Invert syrup)
6tsp | 30g Oil
2tsp | 10g Alkaline water(Optional)【or Do It Yourself:Alkaline water=1tsp(5g)Baking soda,Preheat the oven to 300℉, bake for 5 minutes, take out and place in a bowl,add 3tsp(15g)Water , mix thoroughly】
2. Fillings:
0.8cup | 96g Glutinous rice flour (Roasted)
6tbsp | 90g Honey (Or Invert syrup)
6tsp | 30g Oil
0.5tsp | 2.5g Salt
12oz | 340g Nuts【Hazelnut,Pine nut,Pistachio,
Cashew,Almond,Walnut,Chestnut,
Peanut, Macadamia nut……
Any nuts you like】
3oz | 85g Cranberries
3. Other ingredients
* egg liquid
Mould size :50g mooncake mold
1. Preheat the Oven 400°F(200°C), bake for 5 minutes
2. Turn the oven temperature to 325°F(163°C), bake for 5 minutes
3. Keep the oven temperature on 325°F(163°C), bake for about 5-10 minutes 【The mooncakes are ready when the surface turns golden. Remove from the oven】
