Senator Sherwin Gatchalian said he will file a measure that will seek to repeal the law that sets the tax regime on Philippine Offshore Gaming Operators as part of his call to the government to ban POGOs in the country.
Gatchalian said he agrees with Senator Koko Pimentel’s suggestion to repeal the law as it just gives legitimacy on the existence of POGOs.
