Raw Peanuts 1 & 1/2 Cup
Onion, finely chopped 1/4 cup
Tomato, deseeded finely chopped 1/4 cup
Cucumber, chopped 1/4 cup
Green chilli 1 or 2 (finely chopped)
Carrot, shredded 1/4 cup
Raw Mango, shredded 1/4 cup or less
Lime Juice 1 Tbsp
Cilantro, finely chopped 2 Tbsp
Chaat Masala 3/4 tsp
Jeera Powder 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri or Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
