This video shows how to make a healthy traditional breakfast,Poha, which is very popular all over the country.We have used poha or rice flake made from red rice which is a healthy option as compared to the usual white Poha. The addition of vegetables, pomegranate and spices makes it very tasty too.
Ingredients
Red Poha 2 cups
Oil 1 Tbsp
Onion 1
Green chillies 2
Curry leaves a few
coriander leaves a few
Raw mango 2 tbsp chopped
Frozen green peas 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Dry roasted peanuts 1/4 cup
Pomegranate 1 cup
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder a pinch
Black salt a pinch
chilli powder 1/8 tsp
roasted cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder
Lemon juice
