Dear plant lovers,
It is the greatest honor to be graced by the presence of a legendary botanical icon - Mr Kunzo Nishihata.

With famous works such as the Monstera white monster and ‘yellow marilyn’,
Mr Kunzo is world-renowned for being an avid hunter, collector, and grower of the rarest plants on THIS PLANET.

This is why… it came as a surprise to me… when he revealed that he was born and bred in this same location that we stand today - into a family of talented ikebanaist.
For those who don’t know, Ikebana is the Japanese art of flower arrangement - dating back to the 8th century.

Mr kunzo’s lifelong obsession, and dedication to the world of botany is unparalleled. We celebrate his passion and hard work in 3 epic episodes:
1. In this first episode, Mr Kunzo share his philosophy and extensive botanical experiences, as we tour his fascinating growing facility - making sure to point out his favorite plants along the way!
2. In the next episode, we will delve into the world of Ikebana - and the secrets behind Japanese cherry blossoms, also known as Sakura. Mr Kunzo generously invited me to watch him perform ikebana at the Hilton Plaza hotel in Osaka, providing an extremely rare glimpse of the master himself at work.
3. Finally, I was given a golden ticket to freely explore his plant growing facility - completely on my own.I traverse this maze with my camera and show you plants you will never see anywhere else! We leave this tour with more questions than answers!
