This is a part of a road @Mount Kelud, Kediri, East Java, Indonesia, where the gravity is quite un-explainable. they say, Stop your Vehicle completely, engine OFF, then release.
Your vehicle will move forward and goes faster.
I notice that the road is not totally even, but not more than 0.5 degree which is not possible to make a vehicle move like that.
