In this Evaluation and Growth Q&A, Dr. Robert Marzano and Dr. Beverly Carbaugh talk about Simplified Evaluation. the old model had 60 elements, however the new Marzano focused evaluation model is boiled down to 23 and that's that of that 23 there 17 that focus on what happens in the classroom. it was a necessary shift in the evaluation process given what we learned over five six years of using the model in the field.
