SCARY EXPLOSION on 4th of JULY! Our Fireworks Exploded

We LOVE the 4th of July! this year we decided to have a big celebration at our land. We invited all of our family out for a day of fun, swimming, food and of course fireworks. We even surprised the kids with a HUGE waterslide bounce house.

The day started off great! We went to a fireworks stand to buy some fireworks and ended up spending almost $1400 on fireworks!!! They are so expensive this year. Next we headed to the land and set up some 4th of july decorations. And the surprise bounce slide came and caleb was so excited!! he wasted not time testing it out.

Then we started the fireworks and a huge storm came so we had to take shelter in the camper until it passed. Luckily no twisters or tornados!! At the end of the night we set off the big fireworks and they were so beautiful but then a firework malfunctioned and EXPLODED causing a huge fire. Thankfully we came prepared and had water to put the fire out. All in all it was a super fun holiday!
