In this video I take 4 goose breasts and go through the process of cutting, marinating, and dehydrating them to get the end product of a batch of jerky. In total the dehydration process took about 12 hours for the biggest pieces to be finally done and the prep work was about an hour not counting the time I let the meat stand and marinate. I hope everyone enjoys and leave a comment if you have any tips/questions.
Also sorry for this video being so late, I thought I had lost the footage when my hard drive malfunctioned. 5,000 subscriber giveaway will also be soon, just putting the finishing touches on a project so stay tuned for more on that very soon.
