Ingredients:
මිරිස් හොද්ද සෑදීමට | To make Spicy Curry,
• උකු පොල් කිරි, මේස හැදි 3 | Thick Coconut Milk, 3 Tbsp
• ළූනු, ගෙඩි 1 (කපාගත්) | Onion, 1 (Sliced)
• අමු මිරිස්, කරල් 1 (කපාගත්) | Green Chili, 1 Pod (Chopped)
• තක්කාලි, ගෙඩි 1 | Tomato, 1 (Sliced)
• ඉගුරු & සුදුළූනු, මේස හැදි 1 (තලාගත්) | Ginger & Garlic, 1 Tbsp (Crushed)
• සේර, පොඩි කෑල්ලක් | Lemongrass, A Small Piece
• කරපිංචා, ස්වල්පයක් | Curry Leaves, A Little
• රම්පෙ, ස්වල්පයක් | Pandan Leaves, A Little
• ගොරකා, 1 | Garcinia, 1
• කරදමුංගු 3, කරාබුනැටි 3 & කුරුදු ස්වල්පයක් (තලාගත්) | Cardamom 3, Clove 3 & Cinnamon, A Little (Crushed)
• බැදපු මිරිස් කුඩු, මේස හැදි 1 | Roasted Chili Powder, 1 Tbsp
• බැදපු තුනපහ කුඩු, මේස හැදි 2 | Roasted Curry Powder, 2 Tbsp
• ගම්මිරිස් කුඩු, තේ හැදි 1 | Pepper Powder, 1 Tsp
• ලුණු, තේ හැදි 1 | Salt, 1 Tsp
• තෙල්, මේස හැදි 2 | Oil, 2 Tbsp
• වතුර, කප් 1 ½ | Water, 1 ½ Cup
හායි මම ගෝසිත. මස් මාළු නැති දවසට කෑම කන එක නවත්තන්න ඕනි නැහැ තවදුරටත්. මම මේ කියලා දෙන මිරිස් හොද්ද හදාගෙන මස් මාළු රසටම ඔයාලට කෑම ටික කන්න පුලුවන්. පාන්,පරාටා වගේ කන්න නම් මරේ මරු.
