****this was one of the first videos I posted, I was new to YouTube, the quality is not good, I also was unaware that people would actually be seeing it. please I know everyone thinks I OVERESTIMATED my calories but I HONESTLY EAT A LOT AND EAT MORE THAN IS PLATED FOR DINNER!! sorry just thought I would clarify again :)

This week I decided to track my calories to see how much i was eating in comparison to my “recommended” calorie intake. This video is just supposed to show how the amount of calories you eat each day will vary and that not everyday is going to be or should be the same! I did this just because i was curious, i am in no way promoting calorie counting or eating the way I do!!

MY FAVOURITE Banana Protein Pancakes
1 or 2 eggs
1 banana
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp flaxseed meal
⅓ cup of oats
¼ cup of almond milk (can sub any other milk)
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp of cinnamon
***AS MANY CHOCOLATE CHIPS AS YOU WANT
