Meanwhile, Amnesty International is accusing European governments of being complicit in the torture and abuse of refugees and migrants in Libya. The NGO says Europe is not only aware of inhumane detention centers in Libya-but says the continent actively supports Libyan authorities as they prevent asylum seekers from reaching Europe.
