Massachusetts General Laws c. 90, s. 24(1)(f), also known as the Implied Consent Law, will cause your license to be suspended for a specified period of time if you are arrested for Drunk Driving / DUI / OUI and either (a) refuse a breathalyzer or blood test; or (b) fail that test (i.e., blood alcohol 0.08% or higher).
But what happens after the suspension period is over? Do you automatically just get your license back? What steps do you need to take to get your license reinstated? It's not as easy as you think.
This video discusses the common problem of getting your license reinstated after serving out suspension under the Implied Consent Law. We will take you through the steps that you will need to take to get your license back.
