common key lifestyle habits in centenarians arround the world .
** Buettner found that natural movement was a regular part of daily life in all communities.
** "Having a large purpose" was another key factor.
"Purpose is related to happiness,and happiness is associated with better health than sadness or indifference"

**The majority of the communities stuck to a plant-based diet,
where they picked their own produce and ate it the same day.
