- 1 clove of garlic.
- fresh ginger.
- 2 stock cubes.
- 1 teaspoon of salt or to taste
- 2 medium-sized onions.
- 11/2 cup crayfish
- 1 cup of palm oil.
- 1 big red pepper
- fresh chilli(to taste)
- 2 cups of melon seeds.
- leafy vegetable of your choice.
