Also, the incompetence of the SEC has achieved levels previously unheard of in modern civilization... finding Nexo's Earn product (interest-bearing crypto accounts) to be, well, not finding them to be anything so long as Nexo coughed up almost $50MM in total to state regulators and the SEC.
The SEC to Crypto is like FTX's Caroline Ellison: incompetent, unwanted, and a stain on the sheets of civility.
