Turkey Rub:
- 2 Tbsp Paprika
- 1 Tbsp Onion Powder
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tbsp Poultry Seasoning
- 1 Tsp Kosher Salt
- 1 Tsp Rosemary
- 1/2 Tsp pepper
- 1/2 Tsp Turmeric
- 2 Tsp golden yellow sugar (Brown or turbinado is also fine)
- Blend for 20 seconds in a magic bullet or grinder.
