Transcription: Now we will work on the lower leg. Place one hand on the front of your leg and one hand at the back of your leg. Gently stretch the skin up towards the knee and release. Depending on how comfortable you are, you can do this technique with one hand at a time...... or with both hands together.
Repeat with Pam 15 times in this one spot. She will demonstrate with both hands
Stretch the skin towards the knee and release. Slow and rhythmical as Pam is demonstrating
Before we move our hands lower on the leg, make sure you reposition yourself so that you do not strain your low back. Continue in the same manner placing one hand in the front of the leg - one hand at the back of the leg just above the ankle. Gently stretch up towards the knee and release. Repeating on this one spot 15 times. Stretch and release the skin
