We wanted to go as big as possible on the “How High” video. All of us grew up during a time when big budget music videos influenced the culture, and how much MTV impacted us as kids. When you have a chorus that proclaims “How High!”, we felt we needed a video to match that big energy. The plot is especially real to us, because we’ve played those parties where the band is the underdog, or tucked far away from the crowd, and you have to win them over. We kept pushing the concept as far as it could go, and luckily met our amazing director Nathan Cox who had the vision to accomplish it!"
