Koose or akara is one of the healthiest breakfast one can have it’s simply black eyed beans fritters and I love it for it’s amazing nutritional benefits such helping in the maintenance of healthy bones, it also help lower blood pressure and it contains some anti cancer properties and many more, It’s my super breakfast so today I bring to 2 ways of making it and of course I saved the best and easiest for the last. Number 2 is my absolute go to😊

200g of overnight soaked black eyed beans (1)
350g of overnight soaked black eyed beans (2)
6 pieces of dried chili peppers ( mesoa)
A thumb of ginger
Half red ball peppers
1 big golden onion
1 red onion
Few chopped shallots
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
