This is the first range session for the VP9L. The gun wasn't cleaned or oiled as I drove from the FFL to the range to try it out. I was impressed that it didn't have any issues out of the box as the other HKs I have acquired needed about 200 rounds to reduce the strength of the recoil spring. The pistol shoots to point of aim and feels great in the hand.
It was a windy day so I used the mic, which explains the wire. It did a pretty good job of filtering out the wind noise but made the gunshots sound like they were even quieter than suppressed. Weird. Sorry about not getting a close up of the target. The bigger circles were about 3" while the smaller ones were about 2". The pistol is certainly capable of putting every round inside those targets at that distance.
