Ingredients
60g coconut flour (½ cup)
90g almond flour (1 cup)
150g sweetener( ¾ cup)
2 TBSP ghee
1TBSP psyllium husk powder
3 TSP baking powder
1TSP baking soda
½ TSP xanthan gum
1 TBSP lemon juice
½ TSP salt
4 eggs
1 cup water+1TBSP water
1TBSP unsweetened cocoa powder

¾ S.B tatlandırıcı
2 Y.K sade yağ
1 Y.K karnıyarık tohumu tozu
3 ç.k kabartma tozu
1 ç.k karbonat
½ ç.k ksantan sakızı
1 Y.K limon suyu
¼ tuz
4 tane yumurta
1 S.B +1Y.K su
1Y.K şekersiz kakao
Preparation
Preheat the oven at 325F/160C. (I’m using air fryer, so I cook at 290F)
In a large bowl, whisk eggs, ghee and 1 cup water until well combined.
Add baking powder, baking soda whisk until lightly bubbly.
Add coconut flour and almond flour into the wet mixture and mix until the batter gets smooth.
Add the sweetener and mix well.
Add psyllium husk powder, salt, xanthangum and lemon juice and whisk well.
Divide the batter into 2 containers.
Add the cocoa powder and 1 TBSP of water into one of the batters and mix until it gets smooth.
Pour the batter into the baking pan a little at a time taking turns.
Decorate as you wish.
Bake for 60-70minutes. (Toothpick check after about 60 minutes is very helpful)
Once out of the oven, place the cake on the cooling rack until completely cooled. (You don’t need to remove the pan right away as its really hot and hard to handle)
Slice and serve.
