Prayer For Parents - Parents Good Health and Blessing
Dear God,
Today I lift up my parents in prayer. I want to thank them for bringing me into this world and giving me this life to live.
I ask you to bless them with abundant happiness and joy. Forgive me lord for the times I have fought with them, back answered them or even yelled at them for not understanding me. But I know that they understand me the most. They have nurtured me, protected me, taken care of me all my life.
There have been times when I have seen them sacrificing many things for my happiness, be it food, clothes, shopping and saving money or any outing.
Now that they are getting old, give me the strength and patience to take care of them and love them. May I be the reason for their smile and laughter. Bless me lord so that with my good deeds I may make them proud.
I pray for all the parents in this world who are sick and suffering from any kind of illness. Please take special care of them and heal them with your mercy.
I pray for single parents in this world, bless them with all the required strength to carry out both their roles of mom and dad.
I pray for those parents who are not with us in this world anymore. I know that they are in a better place and looking upon us from above, may their souls rest in peace.
And, I especially pray for parents in this world who have lost their children, Lord be with them as they have no one else.
