Authentic Redrock Grilled Shrimp | Longhorn Steakhouse Shrimp Recipe | Easy Grilled Shrimp
RECIPE BELOW
~INGREDIENTS~
-1/2 t. Salt
-1/4 t. Cayenne
-1 T. Minced Garlic
-2 T. Chopped Basil
-1/3 c. Olive Oil
-1/4 c. Tomato Sauce
-2 T. Rice Wine Vinegar
-10 16/20 Shrimp
-2 Skewers
~DIRECTIONS~
-Combine all ingredients except the shrimp into a bowl.
-Mix well and reserve 1/3 c. of marinade and set aside.
-Place shrimp into marinade and set shrimp to mariate for 45 minutes.
-Place shrimp on skewers. 5 shrimp per skewer.
-Place shrimp over hot coals and add cherry wood for smoke.
-After two minutes, turn shrimp over and baste with reserved marinade,
-Cook for two more minutes.
-After the two minutes, serve the shrimp skewers over a bed of Rice Pilaf and ENJOY!
