In this walkthrough I will traverse through the province of Morrowind on the isle of Vvardenfell structuring "Cecil" a Dark Elf Mystic Warrior.

This playthrough will highlight:
- Notable items/weapons etc.
- NPC locations/Quests locations
- Farming locations

If you choose to follow along then, "Fear not, for I am watchful. You have been chosen."

And if you choose not to follow, "what a fool you are."

Extra Notes:
- Redoran Hortator quest is part of the main quest and begins by speaking to Athyn Sarethi.
- Reward for the quest is the Ring of the Hortator.
- All the councilmen are located in the Manor District in Ald-Ruhn.
- Athyn Sarethi, Dark Elf Councilman of House Redoran located in Sarethi Manor, is the quest giver. Must first free his son from Venim Manor to get his vote as Hortator. He also gives valuable info on the other councilmen.
- Red Book of 3E 426, lists the councilmen you need to visit in House Redoran.
- Varvur Sarethi, Dark Elf & son of Athyn, can be found in the hidden room in Venim Manor Right Wing behind the tapestry.
- Miner Arobar, Dark Elf Councilman of House Redoran located in Arobar Manor, is another vote needed to become Hortator.
- Hlaren Ramoran, Dark Elf Councilman of House Redoran located in Ramoran Manor, is another vote needed to become Hortator.
- Brara Morvayn, Dark Elf Councilman of House Redoran located in Redoran Council Hall, is another vote needed to become Hortator.
- Garisa Llethri, Dark Elf Councilman of House Redoran located in Llethri Manor, is another vote needed to become Hortator.
- Bolvyn Venim, Dark Elf Councilman of House Redoran located in Venim Manor, is the last councilman to visit. He will not give you his vote and instead challenge you to a duel in the Arena in Vivec.
- Any player must have the Levitate spell on hand at this point in the game!
