Ingredients:
1 cup strawberries, I used thawed frozen ones (240 ml / about 160g)
1/4 cup milk of choice (60 ml)
1/4 cup (lactose-free) Greek yogurt or yogurt of choice (60 ml)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons chia seeds

toppings:
homemade granola
(lactose-free) Greek yogurt
strawberries

1. Add the strawberries, milk, yogurt and vanilla extract into the blender and mix until smooth
2. Pour the mixture into a glass, jar or a bowl. Add the chia seeds and stir to combine
3. Let set in the fridge for at least 2 hours (or overnight)
4. Top with homemade granola, yogurt and berries, for example, and enjoy!
