Ingredients you will need to make Chicken Korma
6-8 Pieces Precooked chicken
400ml Base gravy (lean how to make base Gravy - [ Ссылка ] )
2.5 tbsp Coconut powder
1tbsp Almond Powder
1tbsp sugar
2-3 tbsp single cream
How to Precooked Chicken - (video will be out soon)
1 chicken fillet breast cut into cubes
Add 3 tbsp of oil to pan, once hot (leave on medium to low heat, add 1 bay leave and a cinnamon stick, add 1/2 tbsp of ginger garlic paste and cook for about a minute/until you smell the fragrance then add 2tbsp tomato purée (if you paste then 1 tbsp), cook for another minute and then add 1.5tsp of mix curry powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1/4 tsp of gram masala powder, salt to taste (1/2 tsp) and cook spice for 5mins adding 1/2 cup warm water each time you notice the spice sticking to the pan. After 5mins of cooking the spice (leave it low if helps when you cook the spice) add the chicken, cook for another 4-5mins then add warm water covering all the chicken, put lid on, leave on medium heat or just under until the chicken is cooked.
Let’s make the chicken korma 1 portion
On a low heated pan add Coconut and Almond powder (this part you have be quick as otherwise you will burn the coconut and almond power) or if you prefer cook on medium to low heat.
Just lightly fry the coconut and almond powder for about 5seconds and then add chicken, base gravy, mix it all together. Add sugar give it all a good mix and cook for couple of mins and then add single cream, mix it in and then let it cook until the sauce reaches the thickish consistency just like the restaurant.
If you are making 2 portion then add an extra tbsp of coconut/almond powder and a bit more sugar and you will need more base gravy. With sugar just taste as you cook to ensure it sweet enough/not too much.
