A survivor narrates the shocking horror of gas leak in Vishakapatnam: "Our eyes, our skin were burning. We couldn't breathe. People couldn't even run away. People and children were collapsing while running." Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has told Prime Minister Modi that the situation is under control now. Hundreds have been hospitalised and villages around the chemical plant have been evacuated.
