Why buy a boat? People ask me, why I have a boat. Personally, I don't fish and I don't party but I have a boat and will probably always have a boat for the rest of my life. I love boating and owning a boat. Boat ownership and buying a boat is big decision but it there's a lot to enjoy with a boat and it might not be fishing or rafting up, it might just be spending time out on the water. Pleasure boating, and the joy of having a boat can be therapeutic and relaxing. Boat therapy is something to be experienced. Not all boaters and boats like to go fast and make a lot of noise. For some people those things are therapeutic, but luckily our waters are vast enough that people who like peace and quiet can enjoy themselves on the water too!
If you're asking yourself, should I buy a boat? This video might help you answer that question. We find that spending time on our boat is relaxing and a nice getaway. A few hours on the boat is good therapy. For people who do fish and like to water ski and party on the water, it's an easy choice to get a boat, but boats can also be great for people who aren't in to that lifestyle and just like to enjoy the water by relaxing on a boat and listening to the water.
