Seriously seeking some assistance or guidance on how to resolve this issue. I currently have a Bobcat Miner 300 that will not pair via Bluetooth regardless of which phone I use. Bobcat support auto replay tells me to use their locally accessible diagnose tool over the same subnet but that is not working. This video is an audio walkthrough of how I troubleshoot to prove that the unit is active, the listening port is up and the unit is communicating on the internet. If anyone knows how I can fix the Bluetooth pairing issue that would be greatly appreciated
