Ichiran Ramen is a Japanese ramen chain restaurant that started in 1960 in Fukuoka. There are now about 65 locations throughout Japan. They specialize in 'tonkotsu' based soups and are famous for their unique seating arrangement and ordering systems. It's a fun place to enjoy a bowl of ramen.
