Mutated Forms on Eestist pärit drum and bass trio. Grupi lõid Aleksandr Jeldsyshev (Zub) ja Artjom Vlassov (G-ruff), kellega aastal 2004 ühines kolmas liige, Alex Habarov. Nende looming oli algusaastatel enamuses jump up stiilis, kuid see on varieerunud ning viimati jõudnud kommerts- ja meloodilise drum and bassi ridadesse.
