Eggless Almond Flour Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
almond flour
Butter
Sugar
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix Dry Ingredients:
In a medium bowl, blend butter with sugar and almond flour
Pipe them onto a baking tray and refrigerate.
Shape the Cookies:
Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll them into balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet and gently flatten them with your palm or the back of a spoon.
Bake:
Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Keep an eye on them to avoid overbaking.
Cool:
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and allow the cookies to cool on the sheet for about 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Tips:
