Kate is furious that Carly is wearing the same dress as her. After the guests leave she starts ripping into Lulu and when Olivia stands up for her, then rips into Olivia. Olivia storms off and Kate is just about to fire Lulu when Maxie says that it was her fault. They go back to the office where Kate is going to fire both of them and Jax steps in and tells her that she can't. Lulu thanks Maxie for taking the blame. Spinelli comes to tell Maxie that Jason and Sam found Jake. She is ecstatic and hugs him, just as Mac comes in and tells Spinelli to stay away from Maxie.
