3 Whole Fish Scaled and Gutted
½ Medium Size Onion
5 Stems of Fresh Basil
3 Sprigs of Thyme
6 Garlic Cloves
Handful Sliced Leeks
Handful Sliced Fresh Parsley
Note: Marinade will be alot so Use about 6 tbsp. Save some in the freezer for another day.
2 tsp Seasoned Salt
2 tsp Blackpepper
2 tbsp Fish /Seafood Seasoning
1 tbsp All Purpose( Can use Cajun or Creole of any of your favorite Seasoning)
1 Tbsp Paprika
¼ Cup Cooking oil
2 Seasoning Cubes
