There's A LOT of miss and poor information about Teflon and Teflon-like nonstick chemicals out there, from 'there's no proof that they're harmful', to 'they fixed the problem' to 'if they sell it then it must be ok'.

Science has proven for decades that the chemicals that make non-stick coatings are toxic. New research has shown that the 'changes' that the industry has made over the years have done very little but what's new is that Canada and the USA are now starting to make changes to restrict where the chemicals can be used.

In this video, I try to give you more information for you to be better equipped to talk with your family and friends about why and how to move to anything other than chemical-coated cookware.
