This film documents the construction of the Aberystwyth Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Mid Wales.
The congregation were hoping to build a new hall for some years. However, in June 2012 the region of Mid Wales suffered major flooding due to adverse weather. The South & West Wales Regional Building Committee (RBC) came to the aid of the congregation and built a brand new place of worship while many homes in the territory remained empty waiting for insurance companies to respond.
This film tells the story of the build from the first cut of grass, to the completion along with interviews with brothers and sisters who freely gave their time and resources.
Like the Kingdom Hall, this film was put together also by unpaid volunteers from Aberystwyth and the neighbouring congregation who work secularly in the media industry.
